Skyport Tycoon scratches that build-and-optimize itch. You start with one runway and a single plane, and slowly juggle routes, staff, and upgrades until your airport hums along. The satisfying part is watching a well-tuned schedule run itself.

The numbers can get fiddly, and the early hours are a little slow. But once you unlock more terminals, the balancing act gets genuinely fun. We liked that you can leave it running and check back later without losing much.

It's not the deepest sim out there, but for a phone it's paced well and easy to dip in and out of.
